Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during the shift, ensure operational Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, motivate others, and provide timely feedback while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines and driving sales in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

This role requires strong English communication, supervisory experience, basic math and writing skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence and a respectful team environment.
• Create and maintain a guest‑first culture; resolve guest issues; ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed; maintain safety and sanitation per guidelines.
• Drive sales goals; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; manage cash over/short; ensure products are prepared to brand standards.
