Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members to execute standards and guest experience.
• Set goals and assign tasks, motivate others, provide timely feedback.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment per safety guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure product quality.
