Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.

• Must be 18+ (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members to execute Brand standards.
• Set shift goals and assignments; provide feedback.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Drive sales goals and ensure proper cash handling.
