Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will lead the team, train staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures in a fast-paced store environment.

You will manage line duties, handle guest concerns, promote promotions, and ensure food safety while controlling costs. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts, assign tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing), and train staff.
• Use huddle board to position the team and apply policies and safety rules.
• Ensure security procedures and cash handling are followed.
• Transition into opening/closing duties as needed.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints.
• Open, transition, and close shifts; manage line organization and delegation.
• Maintain product quality standards and work the line when required.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Follow food safety requirements and practices; control costs and waste.
• Count drawers and complete daily cash procedures; complete e-learning as required.
