Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance while executing brand standards. You will supervise restaurant Colleagues, train teams, and ensure profitability during your shift.

You will lead on-shift tasks, promote in-store promotions, and enforce food safety and cash controls. Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact, previous leadership experience preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Great communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Must have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
• Must be a strong team player.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Ability to work a standard schedule of 20-30 hours per week.
• The ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• The ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• The ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise shift operations and guest experience to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions.
• Ensure food safety requirements are executed and waste, labor, and cash are controlled.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and provide great guest service.
• Lead opening, transition, and closing shifts and oversee line organization.
• Coach and motivate Colleagues to perform their duties effectively.
