Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will supervise team members, ensure brand standards, and drive profitability during your shift.

In this role you will manage opening/closing duties, resolve guest issues, and maintain food safety, costs, and cash handling while coaching colleagues for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals and standards.
• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Utilize huddle board to position the team effectively.
• Know and support personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Ensure all security procedures including opening/closing are executed.
• Transition into opening/closing duties and manage shift changes.
• Provide great guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
• Direct and coach team to open, transition, and close shifts.
• Manage line organization and delegate duties to team members.
• Uphold product quality standards and work the line as needed.
• Promote sales during shifts through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Execute and support all food safety requirements, manage costs and waste.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
