Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and brand execution in-store. You will supervise Colleagues, ensure customer satisfaction, and help drive profitability during your shift.

On each shift you will lead teams, assign tasks, train staff, manage line operations, monitor food safety, promote promotions, handle cash procedures, and count drawers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team on a shift.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions.
• Ensure food safety requirements are followed and monitor costs, waste and cash on shift.
• Count drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction during the shift.
