Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in the Fort Wright, KY area. The role entails delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, managing shift operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies during all sales activities, including alcohol and tobacco transactions.

This full-time position offers 37-40 hours per week with opportunities to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain store standards, and uphold safety and honesty in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello, and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• POS and Gas Console: properly authorize and record all transactions; handle coins/currency; process credit cards and coupons.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves, displays, freezers, and dip cabinet stocked and presentable; rotate stock and check dates.
• Security: monitor guests to minimize theft; manage cash levels and follow tobacco/alcohol procedures.
• Maintenance: keep store and lot clean and safe; monitor refrigeration and equipment temperatures.
• Reporting: accurately complete time records and customer documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
