Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Harrison, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. You will work full time (37-40 hours) on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking, ensuring safety and compliance with tobacco/alcohol sales, and completing time records.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Strong arithmetic and money-handling skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Overall Guest Services: provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and related items.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, handling transactions and payments.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and freezers filled and displays neat.
• Security: monitor guests and cash controls, follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Maintenance: keep the store clean, organized, and equipment temperatures in range.
• Reporting: complete time records and shift documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
