Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and help ensure smooth store operations. You will assist customers, manage shift coverage, and uphold company policies while handling cash and POS transactions, tobacco and alcohol compliance, and safety standards.

The position offers Full Time hours (37-40 per week) with shifts potentially on 1st, 2nd or 3rd, and a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour, in Harrison, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Prepare DipSide items (shakes, cups/cones, sundaes).
• Operate POS system and gas console and process transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers and display areas; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with maintenance tasks.
