Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations and guest service on assigned shifts. The role requires ensuring high-quality service, handling cash and sales transactions, and maintaining standards for safety and appearance.

Candidates must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, operate the POS and gas console, and lead a team to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. This is a full-time position at an Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions and make change.
• Ability to stock shelves and rotate stock.
• Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures as required by store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages as part of guest services.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock merchandise and keep shelves and coolers filled and neat.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow security procedures.
• Complete time records and other reports as required.
