Responsibilities

• Lead guest services and ensure the The Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered
• Supervise team members and manage shift operations
• Operate the POS and gas console accurately
• Maintain stock, equipment and store cleanliness
• Maintain cash controls and follow proper drop procedures
• Ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale laws
