Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Reynoldsburg, OH store. You will lead by example, deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, and support daily operations on a full-time schedule (37–40 hours).

Must be able to handle POS and gas sales, stock shelves, and maintain safe, clean facilities. Responsibilities include supervising associates on duty, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering great guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console, and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Operate the POS system and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Stock and face shelves, keep dip cabinet and coffee areas stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safe operation of equipment, and proper cash handling procedures.
