You will supervise front-line team members, ensure accurate register transactions, stock maintenance, and safety procedures, contributing to a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console accurately.
• Handle money, perform cash transactions and make change.
• Prepare DipSide items from dip cabinets.
• Recognize denominations and make change.
• Lift heavy items and operate display equipment.
• Follow store safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, cones and sauces.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately for transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinet; rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain security and monitor for shop-lifting and drive-offs.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; ensure equipment temperatures are monitored.
• Complete time records and documentation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
