Job summary

PFLC Little Caesars is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales on a high-volume, fast-paced line. You will lead the team through opening/closing duties, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with staff to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing line tasks, enforcing food safety, handling cash, and upholding safety procedures while promoting in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Great communication with guests and co-workers.
• Positive attitude and ethics aligning with company values.
• Strong team player capable of training others.
• Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours per day.
• Lift and push/pull up to 55 pounds.
• Must close 5 nights a week and work weekends.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, train and give feedback.
• Open/close duties and manage line operations during shifts.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve complaints.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and suggestive selling.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed.
• Control costs, labor, waste, and cash on shift.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash procedures.
• Coordinate with team via huddle board and follow policies.
