Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Must be able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Must be able to handle cash, checks, and coupons accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 21 pounds and tolerate temperature variations as part of store work.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and dip-side items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and dip cabinet; rotate stock.
• Maintain store safety, security, and cash control.
• Keep the store clean and equipment temperatures in range.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
