Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and lift up to 21 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety, policy, and Hi Five Guest Experience guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Assist with shakes, cones, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, milk box, and display units.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper temperatures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
