Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to oversee daily operations, deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, and supervise team members across 1st–3rd shifts. You will ensure fast, friendly service, manage cash transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires lifting, standing for extended periods, and adherence to alcohol/tobacco sale regulations. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions, and to make change.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by stocking and display.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and process transactions.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinets, and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store safety and security, including cash handling procedures.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and in good repair.
• Complete time records and other duties assigned by management.
