Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, 37–40 hour work week across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. The role supports the Store Manager and ensures safe, compliant operations, including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Key duties include delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervising team members, stocking and merchandising, operating POS and gas devices, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English clearly with customers.
• Able to handle cash, checks and transactions accurately.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems and gas consoles preferred.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with DipSide items and keep ice cream/yogurt displays stocked.
• Efficiently operate POS and gas console; process transactions and payments.
• Stock merchandise and monitor product freshness and dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security during shifts.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
