Qualifications

• Shift Leader must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Provide outstanding guest service in line with The Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during the shift, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Operate the POS system and gas console, handling transactions and payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product rotation and presentation.
• Monitor shop safety, security, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead and support associates on duty to meet guest expectations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate time records and complete required documentation.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues to promote a positive visit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
