This role focuses on people management, guest experience, and financial controls, including staffing, safe operations, resolving guest issues, and monitoring labor and food costs while maintaining Wingstop standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse crew.
• Ability to work a changing schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Cultivate attractive culture within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive Wingstop experience with friendly service.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; manage labor and food costs.
• Maintain operational standards; communicate maintenance needs; coach and develop team.
