Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated shift leader to oversee daily operations, lead the crew, and ensure top-quality service. You will supervise opening/closing procedures, uphold order accuracy, and manage inventory and waste with a focus on a safe, professional work environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing policies, and resolving customer concerns while maintaining Wingstop’s standards for friendly, responsive hospitality and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and team leadership.
• Ability to supervise shifts and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Experience with inventory management and waste control.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Achieve service quality objectives and maintain facility appearance.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to avoid disruptions.
• Ensure timely weekly deliveries and cost control through ordering.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Verify products arrive correctly and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and standard equipment for QSC.
• Assist guests with courteous service and packaging according to Wing Stop standards.
• Monitor cash handling, deposits, and card transactions for accuracy.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Hold crew accountable for cleaning and property maintenance.
• Apply personnel policies consistently and fairly.
• Supervise shift leads on opening/closing, order accuracy, and service.
• Oversee inventory, chicken counts, and waste control.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and resolve customer complaints.
• Fill in during cleaning schedules and delegate tasks as needed.
