Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to guide the team in the absence of the GM. You will help create a fun, hardworking culture focused on delivering quality food and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, supervising crew, maintaining safety standards, handling guest inquiries, and monitoring cash and food costs to ensure smooth, efficient shifts in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently.
• Direct daily operations in the GM’s absence and coach team members.
• Deliver friendly guest service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Control cash, labor and food costs while maintaining Wingstop standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high performing team.
