Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a shift leader to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. The role may include working as a cashier or cook while supervising staff to deliver an exceptional flavor experience.

You will train newer crew members, enforce policies, maintain a clean and safe environment, and help open/close the restaurant with the team.

Qualifications

• Supervise shift staff while performing cashier or cook tasks.
• Train newer crew members and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and standards.
• Greet and acknowledge guests, maintain outstanding service and knowledge.
• Train and coach crew members on tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage inventory and store policies.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet work hours.
• Ensure kitchen and dining area are clean and safe throughout the shift.
• Handle breaks, orders, and ensure timely service.
• Represent the Wingstop brand at all times.
