Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help drive store goals, ensure safety and quality, and uphold Wingstop culture while leading a team.

This role is ideal for someone starting a leadership journey; training will be provided to help you succeed and advance toward a General Manager position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Certification required once hired.
• 6 months experience using a POS system.
• Meet restaurant policies including cash handling and safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in achieving store goals.
• Drives operational excellence by managing sales and labor costs.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment for staff and guests.
