Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance into a leadership role.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during assigned shifts, setting an example for service and teamwork.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to Wingstop standards.
• Coach and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage shift priorities and keep the team focused during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor food quality, product levels, and overall execution.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Support inventory, product rotation, and waste control.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Help create a positive team culture.
