Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-tier customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You will help train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.

The role emphasizes managing opening/closing procedures, POS operations, and maintaining product quality across the plaza. Flexible scheduling and team leadership are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
