Job summary

Legacy Chicken, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant teams during busy shifts and ensure top guest experiences. You will coach crew, manage daily operations, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, handling bottlenecks, engaging with guests, and supporting the General Manager to improve guest metrics. Prior restaurant leadership is preferred; minimum age 18.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains and develops team members around processes and procedures at each station.
• Actively participates in team huddles offering great ideas.
• Fixes bottlenecks and monitors Speed of Service.
• Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Spends time with guests in the dining room doing table touches.
• Supports the team to resolve guest concerns quickly.
• Ensures product quality and all standards are met on their shift.
• Leads the shift by delegating duties and following up with all team members.
• Reviews production planning and adjusts accordingly.
• Follows action plans for Employee Engagement and Guest feedback during the shift.
