Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader on a full-time schedule to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a safe and efficient shift and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience under the direction of the Store Manager.

The role includes supervising guest services, POS and gas console transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness and adherence to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console
• Ability to greet guests and provide Hi Five experience
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and handle stock
• Ability to work across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests
• Prepare dipside items and beverages
• Operate POS and gas console transactions accurately
• Stock shelves, displays, and freezers to standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe operation of equipment
• Support management and other duties as assigned
