Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across the store. You will greet Guests, oversee tills, and supervise associates when managers are unavailable. The role requires adherence to policies and safe operation of all equipment during shifts.

The position is full-time with 37–40 hours weekly and may involve 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Prior experience in food-service or retail operations is beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English clearly with customers.
• Capable of operating POS terminals and gas consoles.
• Handling cash, checks, credit, and coupons with accuracy.
• Comfort with fast-paced store operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, authentic hello throughout shift.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain scoop ice cream/yogurt stations.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions, and balance cash.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and keep display areas tidy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and equipment temperatures.
• Report time records and assist management as needed.
