Job summary

Little Caesars | PFLC, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, guest experience, and profitability. The role involves supervising team Members, ensuring quality and service standards, and executing brand excellence during each shift.

You will lead tasks, manage line operations, handle cash procedures, and support opening/closing duties while maintaining food safety and promotions knowledge.

Qualifications

• Supervise other Colleagues and provide adult supervision to Colleagues under 18 on shift.
• Motivate, direct and coach Colleagues to perform tasks per Little Caesars procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties).
• Use huddle board to position the team and communicate priorities.
• Ensure adherence to personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Maintain security procedures and cash handling on shift.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and suggestive selling.
• Ensure food safety requirements are executed and manage line operations.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning and training.
