Job summary

In this role you will supervise crew on the line, train team members, manage service times, address guest concerns, and ensure food safety and cash handling procedures are followed. This position is on-site with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with accurate, complete orders within service time goals.
• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks and train staff.
• Use the huddle board to position the team effectively.
• Follow personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Ensure security and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open/close duties and transition responsibilities.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve complaints.
• Manage line operations and delegate duties.
• Uphold product quality standards and assist on the line.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Execute food safety requirements and control costs.
• Complete required e-learning modules.
