Job summary

Little Caesars | PFLC, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations, guest experience, and sales performance during shifts. You will lead team members, train staff, and ensure policies, safety, and quality standards are followed to deliver excellent guest service.

You will also handle opening/closing duties, resolve customer issues, promote promotions, and manage line workflow while controlling waste, costs, and cash.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on shifts and providing feedback.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, labor laws, and guest safety.
• Ability to handle cash, counts drawers, and support opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Use the huddle board to position the team and follow policies.
• Maintain security procedures, open/close procedures, and guest service.
• Resolve guest complaints and promote sales during the shift.
• Manage line operations, ensure product quality, and work the line as needed.
• Control costs, waste, and cash; complete required e-learning.
