Job summary

Little Caesars | PFLC, LLC is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations and guest experience. You will guide team members on shifts, ensure brand standards are met, and assist the manager in achieving sales and quality goals.

You will train staff, handle cash procedures, manage opening/closing duties, uphold food safety, and promote in-store promotions while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks.
• Use the huddle board to position the team.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Open and close shifts.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve complaints.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions.
• Maintain food safety and control costs, labor, waste, and cash.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete additional e-learning as required.
