Job summary

Dunkin - HZ Coffee Group is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, uphold brand standards, and deliver great guest service during each shift in Alabama. You will set goals, assign tasks, monitor operations, and provide timely feedback to help coworkers perform at their best.

The role requires basic computer skills, fluent English, and prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality. You’ll schedule staff, assist training, and support cash management and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Coordinate with next Shift Leader for smooth handoff.
• Ensure food safety standards are met.
• Schedule team members for shifts.
• Manage cash over/short and follow cash handling policies.
