Job summary

Dunkin - HZ Coffee Group is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure execution of brand standards during each shift. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals and maintaining guest service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in retail or hospitality, fluent English, and basic computer skills, with a focus on teamwork, training, and adherence to cash handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prep them for the shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy compliance.
