Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a shift leader to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. You will perform crew-member tasks while guiding and training staff, maintaining a guest-friendly environment, and ensuring high service quality.

Your role includes opening/closing duties, inventory practice, and coordinating breaks while upholding Wingstop brand standards and delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shift in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member while supervising the shift.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage crew members; coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and dining area clean.
• Represent the Wingstop brand and uphold operating requirements.
