Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations as the Manager on Duty. You will lead a team, ensure brand standards, and deliver fast, friendly guest service with a focus on quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will coach team members in real time, manage breaks and staffing, and uphold food safety and sanitation across FOH and BOH. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive shift performance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with real-time feedback.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to adapt staffing and workflows to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members across kitchen and front of house to optimize service.
• Drive execution during peak and non-peak hours and monitor SOS and ticket times.
• Communicate goals and expectations clearly to the team each shift.
• Maintain cash handling and shift documentation, opening/closing procedures.
