Job summary

Wingstop is seeking shift leaders to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. You may work as cashier or cook while guiding staff to deliver exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities include training teammates, managing inventory, enforcing store policies, and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities include supervising shift operations, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and adherence to Wingstop standards.
• Provides outstanding guest service, greeting guests and maintaining high service standards.
• Trains new crew members and supports inventory control and store policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure each Guest receives outstanding service with a friendly environment.
• Trains newer crew members and oversees inventory control.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and safety across the shift.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage crew members; coordinate breaks and staffing.
