Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise store operations during the shift. You will greet Guests, manage cash transactions, assist with dipside prep, and ensure the store is clean and well-stocked.

This is a full-time position with multiple shift options and a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. The Shift Leader works under the Store Manager and ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and alcohol/tobacco

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate the POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle money and perform cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to rotate stock and maintain cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, cups/cones, and other dipside items.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console with proper transactions.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and store clean and organized.
• Monitor customer safety and follow tobacco/alcohol guidelines as required.
• Complete time records and essential store paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
