Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to join our store team. You will supervise daily operations, uphold The Hi Five Guest Experience, and ensure safe, ethical service while supporting the Store Manager.

Typical schedule is full-time (37–40 hours) with 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. You must be capable of handling cash, operating the POS and gas console, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
• Ability to read and understand price book and inventory items.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star Guest Experience following the Hi Five steps.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain ice cream/yogurt displays.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handling transactions and discounts.
• Keep shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store security and follow tobacco/alcohol handling policies.
• Keep store and equipment clean and safe; monitor temperatures.
• Complete time records and customer documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
