Job summary

The position requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to operate POS and gas equipment, with flexibility for 1st–3rd shifts and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to follow operating instructions for store equipment.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks and process transactions accurately.
• Ability to recognize numbers and perform basic arithmetic for records.
• Ability to lift and move items as part of shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and assist to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, ice cream products and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately; manage transactions and collections.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness and proper product rotation.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash drop procedures.
• Keep store and equipment clean and safe; perform maintenance as needed.
• Accurately complete time records and other required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
