Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to lead daily store activities, ensure excellent guest service, and uphold policies on all transactions including alcohol and tobacco where applicable. You will supervise staff during shifts, maintain merchandising standards, and support store operations to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures while working full-time across 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and ice cream products.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and beverage items and rotate stock.
