Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, supervise team members, and ensure safe, efficient store operations. You will handle cash, operate the POS and gas console, and maintain stock and cleanliness across the shop.

The role involves leadership of staff during 1st–3rd shifts, adherence to policy, and compliance with all laws. Must be able to communicate in English and handle various customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English to communicate with customers.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and friendly interaction.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math for transactions.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn Point of Sale (POS) operations.
• Ability to comply with alcohol and tobacco sale regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest during the shift.
• Assist with shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and presentable to guests.
• Maintain store safety and security practices during the shift.
• Assist with maintenance, cleanliness, and paperwork as required.
