Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for a Dunkin' location in Colorado. You will manage shift operations, lead Crew Members, and ensure a high-quality guest experience through coaching and effective teamwork.

The role emphasizes training, performance feedback, and adherence to safety and brand standards. Excellent English communication, supervisory experience, and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.
• Building Effective Teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and shift operations.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate and provide feedback.
• Support training of Crew Members and ensure goals are met.
• Monitor performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shift.
• Control labor and food costs and ensure compliance with policies.
