Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee with multiple Dunkin’ locations in Colorado, seeks a Shift Leader to guide crew and operations on a scheduled shift.

You will supervise crew, ensure product quality, manage guest experience, and help control costs while upholding safety and brand standards. This hourly role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment, with competitive pay and benefits in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus—anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee product preparation to meet quality standards.
• Assign roles, set expectations, and provide feedback.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support training and development of Crew Members.
