United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise a shift up to 40 hours per week. The role requires ensuring safe store operations, handling transactions, and guiding team members to provide friendly service.

Responsibilities include preparing dip-side items, operating the POS/gas console, stocking, maintaining store standards, and following tobacco/alcohol compliance rules. Must speak English and be able to lift up to 21 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment and to operate all store equipment.
• Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor level to a height of 5 feet.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as –30 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 2 minutes.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as +33 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 10 minutes.

Aufgaben

• Overall Guest Services: provide the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction to encourage return.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep shelves and freezers full and presentable, rotate stock and check dates.
• Security: monitor guests, manage cash drops, and follow tobacco/alcohol security programs.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and safe, monitor equipment temperatures.
• Reporting: complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
