Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily store operations. You will greet guests, assist with service, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace during your shift.

Responsibilities include leading team members, handling transactions (including restricted sales), maintaining stock, and ensuring proper cash handling. This role requires excellent English communication and adherence to all policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally able to perform sales transactions including alcohol/tobacco per state law.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English with customers.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Assist in shake/malt preparation, ice cream products, and related items.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store area and displays.
• Monitor temperatures and stock rotation to ensure product quality.
• Follow security, cash handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Record time and document duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
