Caribou North Canton is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations alongside the General Manager or Assistant Manager. You’ll ensure the team understands goals, maintains cleanliness, and delivers exceptional guest connections during each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15–40 hours per week.
• Some holidays & weekends are required.
• Restaurant or retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Direct daily store operations in partnership with management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Train team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members in real time.
