Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and uphold Brand standards during shifts. You will assign tasks, set goals, and motivate the team to deliver a friendly guest experience.

You will also support training, handle cash, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the restaurant. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, have supervisory or restaurant experience, and possess strong math, writing, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience supervising others in a service setting.
• Strong math and writing abilities for cash handling and notes.
• Able to use basic computer systems.
• Minimum age 18; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Environment: foster a respectful, collaborative shift.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to crew.
• Support training and coaching of crew members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Operational Excellence: ensure brand standards, recipes, and safety procedures.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant working conditions.
• Drive sales goals and execute marketing initiatives.
• Handle cash over/short and assist with opening/closing duties.
